Symphony of Stillness
Tuesday 27 October, Tuesday 24 November and Tuesday 22 December, 5 to 8pm. An evening of total restoration, pairing the thermal suite with a transformative sound bath.

Calming Christmas with Louise Baker MSc
Thursday 3 December, 5 to 8pm. A festive wellbeing evening blending the science of calm with touch, scent and time in the thermal suite.

Christmas Skincare with Pevonia
Thursday 17 December, 5 to 8pm. A festive skincare evening with expert advice on caring for winter skin.
